Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days once dispatched.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding internationally. Join our email list to be the first to know when we launch worldwide shipping.
You can create an account during checkout or by clicking the My Account icon in our site menu. An account lets you view order history, save your details, and enjoy faster checkout next time.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us right away at contact@batheia.co.uk with your updated address. For future orders, you can update your saved address any time by logging into your account.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
No — for your security, we do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our checkout system.

We don’t currently accept product returns. Instead, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product isn’t working for your skin, we’ll recommend an alternative or issue a refund — no returns required. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it.
We’re so sorry about that. Please email contact@batheia.co.uk with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll make sure the correct item is sent to you straight away.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at contact@batheia.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Your peace of mind matters to us. If you’re not seeing the results you hoped for, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee has you covered. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll either suggest an alternative or refund your purchase. No return is required.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at contact@batheia.co.uk with your correct address and we’ll update it for you. If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll let you know the available options.
We process orders quickly, but if yours hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Email contact@batheia.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
We don’t offer pre-orders at the moment. However, you can join the waitlist on any sold-out product page and you’ll be the first to know as soon as it’s restocked.
